Transportation
From NYC: Beacon is easily accessible from any NYC airport via the Metro North line from Grand Central Station (1.5 hrs, $16.5). Check mta.info for exact times and discounted tickets.
Want to skip NYC completely? Newark airport easiest for renting a car and getting to Beacon. Savvy travelers will book a flight directly to the Stewart Airport (SWF) in Newburgh, NY, just 15 min from Beacon!
Albany's airport (ALB) is also an option. 1.5 hour by car.
